Pool Lessons Sign-Up

Aquatics Class Availablility:

In order to make a payment for swimming lessons, you must complete the following:

- Submit a completed lesson form (online or by mail)

- Receive an approval status from the Aquatics Staff

POOL FACILITY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Use of the pool and surrounding areas is voluntary and involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slipping, falling, collision, injury, illness, drowning, or death.

All users are responsible for using prudent care, following posted pool rules and staff instructions, and supervising any minors or guests in their care. Pool use is permitted only during authorized hours and under the lifeguard, supervision, or access conditions posted for that time.

All users must report unsafe conditions, injuries, or emergencies to facility staff immediately. Failure to follow pool or facility rules may result in denial of access, removal from the facility, suspension or revocation of membership privileges, or loss of future guest or daily-use privileges.

By purchasing or renewing a membership, obtaining a guest or daily pass, participating in lessons, entering, or using the pool facility, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Pool Facility Acknowledgement and agree to comply with all pool and facility rules.
