All government employees and contractors should follow their
institution's travel policy. Per U.S. government policy, meals
must be paid with personal funds.
Government employee: once you complete your payment to
attend the conference, there will be a link to make your payment for
meals from personal funds.
The link will be bold, blue, and contain the text "If you are a
government
employee that needs to pay for meals, please use this link to
make that payment".
