Terms and Conditions Agreement

  1. THE MEAL PLAN IS FOR THE ENTIRE ACADEMIC YEAR! All Meal Plan costs are billed to the student's account each semester. To cancel your email plan, notify Student Engagement (StudentEngagement@hood.edu) before the first day of classes.

  2. Meal plans and Blazer Bucks are non-refundable and do not carry over from semester to semester. Blazer Bucks are non-refundable. Meal plans expire on the last day of finals week every semester. Only the person pictured on the ID card will be allowed to use it for services or to spend money from the accounts associated with the cardholder. Providing identifications cards to other individuals to access goods and services is prohibited.

  3. Students providing their identification card, or in possession of another student's identification card, assume shared responsibility for goods and services accessed fraudulently through the misuse of that card. Students involved in the misuse or transfer of cards may face disciplinary action as well as civil or criminal charges.

I understand when I submit this form, I am signing up for the meal plan option indicated above, and that this meal plan will be charged to my student account.

Commuter Meal Plan Enrollment Form

This is available to non-residential students as well as faculty/staff.

This form is for students who are not on a meal plan already.

Please note that, by completing this enrollment form, you are committing to a meal plan for the entire academic year (Fall-Spring semesters).

Hood College Dining offers three meal plans in the 2025-2026 school year. Each plan includes Blazer Bucks that can be spent at the Blazer or the Library Cafe.

Changing Your Meal Plan: Students may change their meal plan, but the deadline to change your selection to a meal plan with less swipes is the end of the first week of classes with an approved accommodation. Students may elect to increase their meal plan option at any time.

Please allow 24 hours for your decision in this form to be shown in your information page in SelfService. If you made a submission and do not see a change to your meal plan selection within 24 hours, please contact the Hood HelpDesk to request additional assistance.
