This coursework may be designated as eligible to be applied towards
earning a
Skill Accelerators
badge. If appropriate, after enrollment in
the course, the student will receive subsequent notification requesting
the participation in a brief survey, indicating the student’s intention
of earning a badge.

Approval
Program director approval may be required for registrations for non-degree
seeking students.

Students who require special services because of disability need to

Tuition
Current tuition rates are listed on the
accounting web page.
Students will be billed for their tuition and fees by the accounting
office. Any questions regarding billing are to be directed to the
accounting office at 301-696-3609. Billing statements are posted in
Self Service
.
Hood’s Renewal Not Retirement (RNR) program offers persons 60 years
of age or older the opportunity to audit undergraduate courses.
Studio and lab courses, practicums and self-directed study courses
are not available for audit. The cost is $100 per course.
Payment
I understand that I am financially responsible for and agree to pay
all charges incurred by me at Hood College, and that if I withdraw I
must do so in writing to the registrar’s office. Failure to attend
classes does not constitute a withdrawal. In the event that my account
becomes delinquent, I understand that I will be liable for
collection costs.
Confirmation
After your registration request is received and processed by the
registrar’s office you will receive an email confirmation. After you
receive your student login, please review your schedule on Self Service
to check the days, times, and room assignments for your coursework. It
is your responsibility to know when terms begin and end and when your
