Camper Code of Conduct:
To ensure a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment for all participants, campers are expected to always follow this Code of Conduct.
By participating in the Bioscience Day Camp, I agree to:

Respect Others

Be courteous to campers, staff, and guests.
No harassment, bullying, discrimination, or inappropriate language.

Safety & Lab Rules

Follow all safety instructions.
Wear PPE and handle materials properly, as instructed by faculty.
No horseplay or unauthorized experiments.

Academic Integrity

Participate honestly and complete your own work.
Respect others’ ideas and collaborate positively.

Technology & Facilities

Use camp equipment and spaces responsibly.
Personal devices only when permitted.
Keep shared areas clean.

Attendance & Conduct

Be on time and stay with your group.
Follow staff directions and schedule.
Leave campus only with authorization.

Consequences:
Violations may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal without refund.

I understand that by signing this Camp Services Waiver of Liability form, I hereby release and hold harmless Hood College, its directors, officers, advisors, employees, agents, instructors, volunteers, campus workers, and all other persons or entities acting for them from any and all claims, demands, suits, cost and charges, in connection with or arising out of the Hood College's camp program hosted by our Bioscience Research and Education Center (BREC), including but not limited to, personal injury, bodily harm, injury, or property damage occurring while the above child/children is/are taking advantage of this BREC camp offering. I understand that if my child is disruptive to the camp experience and/or violates any of the Code of Conduct (signed herein), I am responsible for picking up my child within an hour of the report and that I forfeit any and all camp fees paid.
